Our fee structure is very simple and depends whether you intend to purchase an apartment, a house or new build. The fee structure is tiered according to the value of the property.
Fees stated are in Euros, aimed to be less than 1% of the average purchase price, and are subject to 16% IVA (Spanish VAT). The first fee is payable further to initial contact, with the final prior to completion of the purchase. Please note that the new build fees are a guideline only; these will be agreed subject to volume of work, size of project etc. |
