This is a contract of engagement with Menorca Home Finder SC, and commences on receipt of this signed agreement, and payment of the first fee (deposit). The undersigned agree to abide with the fee structure, as laid down. I accept that the final choice of any property I buy is my choice, and at no time will I hold Menorca Home Finder SC responsible for me making that choice. I agree to pay the final fee, amount dependant upon property purchased, at the time of, or before, contracts have been exchanged. This applies in all circumstances where Menorca Home Finder SC has been involved. I accept that any report I receive from Menorca Home Finder SC, either written or verbal, is only the opinion of Menorca Home Finder SC and those employed by them and will not have been verified for accuracy. I agree that if I terminate this contract, or it runs to its natural end, and I then purchase a property originally shown to me by Menorca Home Finder SC within 12 months of the contract ending, the full fee will apply. |
